WELL I HAVET RUN A LOT LATELY. SOME BUT MOSTLY I WALK. I HAVE STARTED DOING A LOT OF BIKE RIDING AND SOME SWIMMING . RIGHT NOW I DONT REALLY PLAN ON RUNNING AND HALFS BUT I WILL SOMEDAY.

HEY ALL WELL I HAVE STARTED RUNNING AGAIN AND LAST MONTH I RAN 2 5K RACES. FINISHED IN 29.32 AND 26.29. NOT TOO BAD. I HAVE AT LEAST 2 MORE HOPEFULLY MORE COMING UP IN THE NEXT MONTH OR SO. PLUS THEIR ARE A COUPLE OF 1/2 MARATHONS I PLAN ON RUNNING IN THE NEAR FUTURE. WELL GOTTA GO.

FIRST RUN SINCE DISNEY

WELKL I WENT OUT TODAY AND RAN FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE THE 1/2 ON JAN 6TH. IT FELT PRETTY GOOD. I DID AROUND 6 MILES. NOT SURE EXACTLY SINCE I FORGOT TO KEEP COUNTING WHILE RUNNING. I WAS GOING TO SWIM A LITTLE AFTER THAT BUT I FELT A LITTLE TIGHT BY THEN SO I WENT HOME INSTEAD. NOTHING ELSE NEW FOR NOW. KEN

TIME OFF

OK I TOOK SOME TIME WAWAY FROM RUNNIGN FOR A WHILE BUT I HOPE TO START RUNNING AGAIN. LAST WEEK I WENT TO A LOCAL GYM AND RAN A LITTLE BUT MOSTLY WALKED WITH A FRIEND THEN I WENT AND TRIED SWIMMING. THE GOOD THING IS I DIDNT DROWN SO I'M GOING TO TRY IT AGAIN THIS WEEKEND. I PLAN ON RUNNING THE ST LOUIS HALF MARATHON IN APRIL.

IT'S OVER

WELL WE DID IT. WE HAD THE DISNEY MARATHON THIS PAST WEEKEND. IT WAS A VERY HOT WEEKEND. MUCH HOTTER THAN WHAT WE ARE USED TO HERE IN ST LOUIS. THE BOTTOM LINE IS THAT I FINISHED. MY TIME WAS RIGHT AROUND 3:13.01. NOT TOO BAD CONSIDERING THAT THE FRIEND I RAN WITH HAS A KNEE THATS BEEN BOTHERING HER AND ALSO SICK IN BED THE ENTIRE DAY B4. WE FINISHED AHEAD OF THE SWEEPER. SO THATS ALL THAT MATTETRED.
